Frequently Asked Questions

Have a lingering question? Let’s get it answered! Don’t see your question? Contact me here!

My photographer home base is the greater Portland, Oregon area. This includes the neighboring Southwest Washington cities of Vancouver, Camas, Ridgefield and Battle Ground. I also frequent the Oregon Coast.

I do destination events and weddings for an added travel fee. I’ve shot weddings in Joshua Tree, CA, Maui, HI, Las Vegas, NV, Salt Lake City, UT, Cannon Beach, OR and more.

3-4 weeks on average. During busier times like peak wedding season these times may be a bit longer. Rush Editing and Sneak Peeks are available for an added fee.

No, but they’re highly recommended! These give us an opportunity to meet and do a dress rehearsal before the big day.

Final edited files are provided digitally via an online proof gallery. When your photos are ready, you’ll be sent access instructions and be able to download or order prints.

Short answer? No. As an anecdote, a photographer providing RAW files is like a chef serving undercooked food. It doesn’t taste good and nobody is happy.

It depends on a number of factors, but a good estimate is 50 per hour of shooting. That said, I am a strong believer in quality over quantity. Rest assured you will get every photo that’s worthy of your big day. Also, you don’t want to store 800 photos. Trust me on that one.
